tbh tho if you feel ugly today, that’s okay. it’s great to tell yourself you’re beautiful and to really feel that but if you say, “i’m not very pretty and that’s fine” then call it a day, that’s cool, too. if you feel like the goddess of beauty herself, then great, but taking the spongebob “ugly and proud” approach works just fine. there’s a lot of different ways to feel confident. beauty isn’t the only way.
